Prof. Smita Lal has done B.Com from Delhi University an MBA from Lucknow. Her core specialization has been in Advertising and Market Communication. She has over 25 years of experience, 19 of which have been with multinational corporates like: Philips India (Mumbai) ,Asea Brown Bovari (New Delhi), Uptron (Lucknow) and Hindustan Thompson Associates (New Delhi). She has worked with professional bodies, she has been in the Secretariat of the Indian Institute of Lighting Engineers (ISLE) and was a Member of the HR Committee of Bengal Chamber of Commerce ( Kolkatta). She has taught Marketing and Management at the Bahrain University for 3 years in the following campus: in the College of Business Administration, Sahar, the College of Engineering, Isa Town and the College of Continuing Education, Sahar. She also taught Strategic Marketing at the Department of Business Economics, Delhi University (South Campus). At IMM , she has been a Marketing Faculty for over 9 years, and has held various responsibilities in the organization. She has been on the Editorial Board of ‘Marketing Management News’, the monthly magazine of the Institute, as also it,s quarterly research journals ,Marketology,. She has written many annual reports and documents of the Institute that have been submitted to the Government and relevant Embassies, including: ,Marketing Opportunities and Strategies for South Asia: A Fresh Look, 2010, ,Business Opportunities and Marketing Strategies for Eastern Africa: A Fresh Look, 2011, ,India and the Gulf: Collaboration and Cooperation, 2014. She was also the Organizing Secretary of the World Marketing Congress and contributed to various other conference and symposia of IMM.

She has published 12 research papers in National and International Journals and another case study in ABDC listed journal. Ms. Megha Mathur is an academician possessing 10 years of vast experience in teaching at various Management Colleges and Institutes. She has worked with NSB-NIILM School of Business, New Delhi, NIS-ADAG, Ajmer, Maharish Arvind Institute of Engineering, Technology, Jaipur and APEX Jaipur. She has been awarded several times for outstanding academic results of her students in the subjects like: Marketing of Services, Sales and Distribution Management, International Business, etc. During her academic career, she has published and presented more than 10 research papers in both National and International Journals, apart from various conferences. She actively contributes in: Curriculum Development and has introduced and designed new subject for final semester. A Ph.D. in Management, Dr. Preshni Shrivastava is an Associate Professor in Operations & IT Dept. She has done MBA in IT and PGDM in Operations Management. She has worked in various teaching capacities in reputed Institutes including Army Institute of Management and Technology, Jaipuria Institute of Management and Amity Business School. She has more than 17 years of teaching experience with expertise in subjects like Quantitative Techniques, Operations Management, Operations Research, e-Commerce, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems etc. She has conducted several MDPs for Project Management Professionals. She in her academic career has won Best Student Award (MBA, 2002), Gold Medal for being University Topper (MBA) and the Best Faculty Award for three consecutive years at Jaipuria Institute of Management (2007-09).
